Our Fees

$350 /HR

5,000 Retainer Fee to begin

To maintain that high standard of service, we are consistent with our hourly rate, retainer policy, and case acceptance criteria. Our hourly rate is $350 per hour, and we require a retainer of $5,000 to begin work on your case. We accept payment by credit or debit card.

Please note that the initial consultation is free of charge. There is no need to pay the retainer unless and until you decide to move forward with hiring us after the consultation.

Retainer Policy

You agree to maintain the retainer amount of $5,000 by the third of each month. If your retainer balance falls below $5,000 on the third day of the month, you authorize us to automatically charge your credit card to restore the retainer to $5,000.

For example, if your retainer balance is $2,950 on the third day of the month, we will charge $2,050 to your card to bring the total back to $5,000.

Once your case is closed and our services are no longer needed, you will receive a refund of any remaining funds in your trust account.

Payment Information At this time, we are not able to offer payment plans. This policy helps us stay focused on each case without overextending our resources.
